In addition we offer our FirstIDX product which allows your website users to subscribe and get automatic e-mail notifications of new MLS listings as soon as they are available in the MLSNI MLS.

Our FirstIDX product for the MLSNI IDX/MLS offers many options, such as the ability for your users to save their favorite listings, searches and more. In addition agents and brokers can use the system to monitor IDX activity, searches and more. The FirstIDX service is available to those who already have a real estate website with LinkURealty and those who have websites with other providers.

The Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois (MLSNI)  broker reciprocity program, also known as IDX, provides MLS listings for all of Northern Illinois, such as:

The MLSNI MLS most popular board is the Chicago Association of Realtors of Chicago, Illinois. MLSNI provides the IDX services available for the Chicago area. IDX from MLSNI is available to both real estate agents and brokers. Brokers however must be participating offices of MLSNI's IDX program in order to use IDX or for their agents to use the IDX services available from MLSNI.
