We offer a FREE standard IDX (Broker Reciprocity) service (Internet Data Exchange) solution with any LinkURealty real estate website. In addition we offer our FirstIDX product which allows your website users to subscribe and get automatic e-mail notifications of new MLS listings as soon as they are available in the Sandicor MLS.

Our FirstIDX product for the Sandicor IDX/MLS offers many options, such as the ability for your users to save their favorite listings, searches and more. In addition agents and brokers can use the system to monitor IDX activity, searches and more.

We offer services for San Diego IDX, Coronado IDX, Oceanside IDX and all of San Diego County. San Diego IDX services are available through Sandicor, in which we use a data feed from the Sandicor MLS to deliver our high quality San Diego MLS/IDX services, such as FirstIDX.

The Sandicor broker reciprocity program, also known as IDX, provides MLS listings for all of San Diego County, such as:

• Coronado
• Oceanside
• East San Diego County
• North San Diego County
• South San Diego County

Sandicor, a California corporation, was founded in 1991 by eleven Associations of REALTORS® in San Diego County. These eleven Associations combined their efforts and merged the data from three different Multiple Listing Services operating in San Diego County into one consolidated database. When Sandicor launched in January 1992 with its combined database and membership size, it was the largest regional MLS in the Country.
