Is there a contract and what is the length of the contract?
No, there is no long term contracts, however you are on a 30 day contract which is renewed every 30 days (month-to-month).

Can the total be divided into monthly charges?
No. In some cases we can work with you with the setup costs, such as a deposit or milestone payments. You will need to talk to an account executive about the available options if there are any available at this time, which also varies with the package you wish to setup.

Template Design Questions

Can I choose the template and colors?
Yes. You may choose your template design and colors with both packages. Our ZSERIES allows you to choose from a set of color schemes, while the XE package allows you to choose from virtually any color.

If I already have a domain name do I still have to pay the domain registration fee or any transfer fees?
No. If you already have your domain name you do not have to pay any additional fees. If you do not have a domain there is a $25/yr. charge.
